At Taiko Colorado, we take care in packing and shipping each drum and accessory. Because many of our items are handmade, custom-built, or oversized, shipping timelines and methods can vary depending on what you order.

Processing Time

In-stock accessories and smaller items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Ready-to-ship drums generally ship within 5–10 business days. Custom drums and made-to-order items ship according to the timeline provided during the order or quoting process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. Due to the size and weight of some taiko drums, certain orders may require a custom shipping quote. If that applies to your order, we will contact you before finalizing shipment.

U.S. Shipping

We ship within the United States using standard carriers, specialty delivery services, or freight, depending on the item. Larger drums may require special packaging and handling, which can affect cost and delivery time.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees required by their destination country.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the damage so we can help begin the claims process if needed.
